TITLE STATUSES OF DOCUMENTS

    TITLE STATUSES OF DOCUMENTS
Project Architectural Version: v1.0 Document Revision: 1.1 Status: Final Revision

    I. General Status

This document fixes the system of title statuses for the documents of Project "Ashkhar's" Canon.

Title status is understood not as an administrative marking, annotation, or classification element. It fixes the architectural position of the document within the Canon, maintaining its function and the limits of permissible interpretation.

Within the project, title status works not with the content of the document, but with the mode of its existence within the system of levels and transitions.

    Its function consists in preventing:

    the mixing of levels,

the transfer of functions between documents,

the reduction of distinctions to models, methods, or tools,

the destruction of transitions between levels.

Thus, the title status acts as the minimum mechanism for the architectural maintenance of the document within the Canon.

    II. Function of Title Statuses

Title statuses perform three interrelated functions:

Fixation of level. The status maintains the document within the corresponding operational mode and does not permit its transfer to another level without changing its architectural position.

Maintenance of distinction. The status fixes not the content of the document, but the mode of working with distinction characteristic of that level.

Protection against degradation. The status pre-fixes the form of inadmissible reduction of the document and maintains the limits of its permissible application.

    III. Architecture of Title Statuses

The system of title statuses is organized in accordance with the project's Canon architecture.

L0 — Ontological level. Statuses of this level maintain the project's limits and foundations. L0 documents do not permit operationalization, methodologization, empiricization, and reduction to the description of objects.

L1 — Analytical level (space). Statuses of this level maintain analytical work with the space of distinctions. The primary risk of the level is the transformation of distinction into a structure, classification, or model.

L2 — Analytical level (configurations). L2 statuses maintain the configurational mode of analysis and protect it against typologization, systematization, managerial reduction, and instrumentalization.

Transition and operational loops. In these sections, the title status maintains the distinction from decay during the transition to application.

Meta-architectural level. The meta-level fixes not individual documents, but the integrity of the system of their correlation.

IV. Title Status as an Element of the Defense System

Title statuses work in conjunction with:

    the working matrix,

    the degradation matrix,

    the transition matrix,

    document usage regulations,

    meta-architectural documents.

If the working matrix fixes the movement of distinction, and the degradation matrix fixes the forms of its decay, the title status maintains the document's minimum architectural boundary. This is why title statuses appear at an early stage of Canon development.

    V. Principle of Constraint

The title status does not expand a document, but constrains the limit of its permissible interpretation. It does not explain the document fully nor replace its content. Consequently, title statuses are constructed through a dual fixation: what the document is and what it does not permit. This makes it possible to maintain distinction without turning the document into a universal scheme or an arbitrarily interpreted form.

VI. Signs of Degradation of Title Statuses

A title status degrades when it begins to be perceived as:

    a summary of the document,

    a technical description,

    an administrative annotation,

    a formal classification,

a navigation tool across the project.

In this case, the status begins to operate as a description of an object rather than as an element of the document's architectural maintenance.

The most dangerous form of degradation is the transformation of the title status into a basis for a direct analytical or project conclusion.

    VII. Purpose of the Document

This document fixes the system of title statuses as an element of meta-architectural defense for Project "Ashkhar's" Canon.

    The document allows to:

    maintain distinctions between levels,

prevent the transfer of functions between documents,

fix the limits of permissible interpretation,

protect the Canon from reduction to a model, methodology, or management system,

preserve the architectural connectivity of documents during further project development.

Thus, the document maintains not the content of the Canon, but the limits of permissible work with its documents.

    Document Formula

The title status fixes not the content of a document, but the limit of its permissible interpretation within the Canon.

    Tagline

The title status protects a document from turning into a universal description scheme.

    Short Version

of Document M-2 "Registry of Title Statuses of Documents of Project 'Ashkhar'"

This meta-architectural level document fixes the system of title statuses for the documents of Project "Ashkhar" as a means of their architectural identification within the completed Canon.

The document is not a catalog of document contents, a classification system, a library registry, or a document management tool. Its task consists in maintaining each document's architectural status, its place in the system of the Canon's levels, and the character of its participation in the general architecture of distinctions.

Title status is understood not as an administrative mark, but as an architectural indication of a document's function, the limits of its application, and the character of its relations with other documents of the Canon.

Thereby, the document ensures the integrity of the Canon's architectural identification, preventing the mixing of different document types and the reduction of the Canon to a simple aggregate of texts.

The Canon maintains not the description of the project, but the limits of its permissible simplification.
