This document belongs to the ontological tier of the "Ashkhar" project and codifies its baseline Ontological Frame.

The subject of this document is the ontological space of the "Ashkhar" project, understood as a totality of ultimate distinctions that define the conditions of existence for civilizations, derivative forms of civilizational life, and modes of aligning them.

The document codifies not the specific content of individual civilizations or their organizational forms, but the boundaries of distinction within which their emergence, existence, transformation, and reproduction become possible.

The Ontological Frame maintains distinctions between:

Civilization and its derivative forms;

These distinctions do not constitute a taxonomy of objects, nor do they form a closed descriptive system.
